Keep well in mind that in this website is prohibited...

to spam in the forums

to spam in the main chatrooms or via IMs

to spam in the message-box

to spam in the member's mailboxes

GROUP 2...

to speak about politicals or religious arguments in the entire website

to use this website to send emails to other members about politicals or religious arguments

to speak/allude about sexual things in all safe areas of the website (forums, files, etc)

to speak/allude about sexual things in the public/private chatrooms

to speak about sexual things in the message-box

to speak/allude about sexual things via chat-IMs

to speak about underages in public/private chats or privately via chat-IMs with members

to speak about sexual things via PMs with other users. Someone could not like such arguments!

to advertise or request chatting sessions using other chatting softwares or websites, in any public areas of the website.

GROUP 3...

under-ages instigation to sexual things or drugs or doing performance or anything else that could be considered unhealthy or immoral or, at discretion of the admins, considered not appropriate for this website

to bother/harass members in the main chatrooms or via IMs

to bother/harass members via PMs or emails

to bother too much admins and/or moderators with any kind of requests or accusations

to insult/accuse admins or moderators.

GROUP 4...

to insult other members, to use a bad language and/or having a too aggressive attitude against other members

to not respect other members, their feelings, sexuality or any other way to be

to bother members with "love" and dating things. This is not a dating website!!

to be an hater partecipating only in a negative way! Our main rules is, if you don't like something, don't read/watch/listen to it. Be propositive instead and start contributing too!

to instigate other members to break one or more website rules.

to instigate other users to use not protected sharing services or other unknown websites.

to publicly blame other users. If you've any problem with another user, please to contact an Admin!

GROUP 5...

to post adult files or to use the audio/video chat for adult things, in the safe areas of the entire website

to post files that have nothing to do with hearts, heartbeats or this website

to post files of someone else or found on other websites like being your own creations (or your own heart)

to post files found on other websites or groups or that has been privately sent, without the permission of the creator or an admin of this website if the creator cannot be reached anymore

to post files found on this website in other sites or groups or privately to someone else, without the permission of the creator or an admin of this website if the creator cannot be reached anymore

to post files found in erotic or porno website... they have nothing to do with us

to post videos that only show sexual activities of any kind without an original heartbeat sound inside it

to post files showing completely naked males or females... some body parts are not usefull for this website

to post any kind of file of boys or girls less than 16yo that are not members of this website

to post in the safe areas of the website any links to adult or erotic videos or websites. Also no materials that would lead to an adult or erotic website or any other website is allowed!

GROUP 6...

to post FAKE files!
This mean false files or of non existing persons, your own heart with a nother face, dubbed files, files created electronically, etc...

to post files with FAKE audio or non-natural heartbeat audio

to post video files or animations with an heartbeat sound that is not of the subject of the video/animation. An exception could be made for explanatory medical animations or cartoons.

to create/have multiple accounts!
Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and, if used also to post files or using chatroom could lead to an instant ban from the website.

to post non-human heartbeats. Animals/pets hearts are severely prohibited!!

GROUP 7...

to block other members in the public chat-room from listening or viewing your webcam

to record audio/video chat sessions without the previous permission of who is broadcasting / sharing

to share (with members and non) audio/video chat sessions that have been recorded, without the permission of who is broadcasting

Is considered spam everything that have nothing to do with hearts, heartbeats or this website!!

Every member that will break one of this rules will receive a warning. If the member cannot be contacted via email, will be temporary banned from this website as a warning. If a temporary banned member will do not contact an admin in 4 weeks, will be definitly banned.

If a member will break more than one rules, an admin will decide if to rise a warning or to immediatly ban the member.

If a member will break one or more rules after received 3 warnings, the member will be automatically banned from the website.

BAN mean the complete deletion of a member's account plus the inability to access the site and all its features using the personal IP address or ISP (Internet Service Provider)!!

ADMIN note:
These rules are needed due to preserve the website usability and destination of use... also to protect our interest in the heart and heartbeats from peoples that have nothing to do with it and to guarantee the best heart related experience to every member!
